This comfortable single room is in a cosy, spacious house in Kingston, a village close to Sussex University, between Brighton and Lewes. It has a beautiful view and morning sun through the window. There is a comfy bed, with nice bedding, a desk and a large spacious cupboard where you are welcome to leave some things. We have Wi-Fi router in the room, (full fibre internet) , washing machine, kitchen and lounge, garden and a pond with places to sit outdoors. One shared bathroom and additional WC. We are a peaceful and creative family, mum and 16 year old, non smoking, no pets. The house is clean and calm. It is large and we are happy to share some of the space with you. I work as a healer. We love cooking and eat healthy, use eco friendly cleaning products and recycle and compost. There is on street parking and lockable bike storage. You're welcome to use the kitchen and living room and / or we can include evening meals if you want - happy to discuss. Two/three days also possible. Transport nearby Trains to London Victoria/London Bridge 1 hour approx, from Lewes. Hourly bus, 15mins cycle and community lift share to Lewes train staton (30 mins walk over the hills). 40 mins cycle, 15 minute walk to the bus stop to Brighton / Sussex Uni. Newhaven ferry to Dieppe 10 mins drive. Gatwick Airport 30 mins by train, 40 by car. Rural with easy access to Brighton, Lewes and Sussex University. Footpaths from door to South Downs way. 15th century pub over the road. Community farm up the road with volunteer days and organic vegetable honey boxes. Many beautiful cycle routes, on and off road
