Property Reference: . We are looking for a male tenant for the bedroom in flat. The flat is on the 3rd floor, and looks out over Clissold Park. It was painted within the last five years. We are proud of our flat, and want a lodger who will be pleased to live in it, and treat it well. Our partner lives overseas, and visits every few months. We would prefer to live with someone who will be respectful to her. This is a non-negotiable. The flat The kitchen is new and clean - there is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, rice cooker, microwave and kettle The bathroom is new too and has a new shower and toilet. The flat has wifi The flat is very cozy in winter, and has a nice view of the park The room has a (one month old!) double bed, a chair, and built-in desk and a huge build-in cupboard. The lounge has a couch, table, TV, lots of books, guitars ;-) Clissold Park is within two minutes walk, there is a pool and a gym on the other side. There is a Sainsbury's 10 minutes away and a cash point too. There are three tube stations within 25 minutes walk (Manor House, Arsenal and Finsbury Park), but a bus (106) to Finsbury Park is frequent and takes around 12 minutes. The 73 can get one to central London within 45 minutes. All bills (including council tax, service charge and utilities) are included.
