However, the garden and 2 bathrooms are shared by all. There is broadband, TV connection and 2 washing machines/all basic amenities. Suitability Room 1 would suit a single person or couple; and room 2 a single person, in both cases, who needs/likes a lot of space, extra comfort and prefers quality over quantity. Couples can be considered (plus £150 per month) if the dynamic works. 2 familiar sharers who wanted both rooms, can also be considered. Either way, all viewers will be shown both rooms and any proposals can be discussed. Existing Occupiers Currently 2 males (in their 40s/50s, but young at heart), who both maintain the house, study and are currently working on creative projects. Pets We have a small, clean, pampered, friendly and affectionate dog (French bulldog, female), who lives downstairs, but might come up if welcome. Any pets may be considered - must be friendly and get on with other pets. Requirements and Preferences General, basic standards of respect, cleanliness and cooperation are required, along with good qualities of character (maturity, honesty, integrity and fairness). Must be home-trained (cleaning up after oneself and being considerate of other sharers) and easy to get along with. We sometimes hang out together in the lower part of the house, but certainly this isn't expected. So you'd have the best of both worlds of your own space, but also hanging out as and when (or not at all) completely on your terms. Otherwise, all are welcome - we are all-inclusive. Ts/Cs, Price and Availability Longer term standard day time work schedules, are preferred. However, shorter terms/flexible lets (along with working/studying from home, shift work etc) can all be considered for the right tenant. In these cases (depending on your individual circumstances/requirements and considering higher bills) the price may need to be adjusted. Either way, it will be negotiated fairly and on a case by case basis. The most important factor is the right person, for whom we'd gladly accommodate all reasonable requirements/adjustments. The prices include all bills, except cleaning, which is part of an existing rota done by the tenants (there's no external cleaner).
