1 room of 8m² in London

I'm looking for a flatmate to share my flat, preferably for a few days a week (e. g., Mon-Wed or Tue-Thu). This is ideal for someone who works a few days a week in London. I am open to discussing specific arrangements and can be flexible. The flat is located in a quiet area of Catford. The room is has a comfortable double bed, a large mirror, and built-in shelves/storage for clothes and personal items, as well as a desk. You will be free to use the washing machine and all kitchen equipment (including air fryer and coffee machine) and I will provide dedicated fridge and shelf space if wanted. The bathroom is shared only with me. The living space with TV, sofas, etc., is also shared with me. The flat is a 12 minute walk to Catford Bridge (Southeastern trains to Ldn Bridge/Charring Cross), with Catford station (Thameslink, Southeastern through Peckham/Denmark Hill to Farringdon and Finsbury Park), just 2 minutes further. All bills, including broadband, will be included in the final agreed rent price. I have no dealbreakers when it comes to flatmates so please feel free to get in touch. Catford and Catford Bridge Stations - just under 15 minute walk. Co-op and deli which serves good coffee round the corner, Lidl and the rest of the main Catford area 5-10 minute walk.
