description very large & spacious double room * desk * convenient location * smart tv * large property * all bills included * zero deposit option available * bike shed * each room is fully furnished. the house is a short walk from the train station and near to large supermarkets, local amenities and town centre. bills are included in the rental price including superfast broadband, utility bills, council tax and regular cleaner for the communal areas. your room is furnished with: - double or single bed and mattress - wardrobe and full length mirror - bedside table & light - chest of drawers - curtains - fully carpeted - smart tv we are local, professional landlords who care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed). we try to look after you well by ensuring a personal service and fast response to any query or problem. what about the bathroom and kitchen? there are two shared bathrooms, although a couple of the rooms have their own en-suite - a wetroom downstairs and shower room upstairs. the house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water. the kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and gas hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. there is a separate utility room which houses the boiler and where the washing machine is installed. we also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. we want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. there is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas. what's the minimum length of time i can rent for? we prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. however, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets. do i have to pay a deposit? yes, just £300 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything ok with room and up to date with rent. references and background checks will be required on application.
