Therer at 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers, and one also including a bath tub.The living space is perfect for unwinding and putting your feet up, with comfortable sofas, a smart Tv and plenty of space for family, travel buddies or work colleagues. There are large glass doors that lead out to the generous garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker and washing machine. There are cooking utensils and crockery, cutlery pots and pans etc...everything you need to cook meals at home, plus a dining table to enjoy the fruits of your labour.Guest Access:Guests have sole access to the entire house.The Neighborhood:A quiet and safe neighbourhood with a community feel. There is a large park just around the corner and supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all within a 5 minute walk. Birmingham city centre is just a 15 minute drive or taxi ride away.Getting Around:The train station is just a 5minute walk away, with just a short journey to central Birmingham.
