The location has excellent access to Brighton by bus , a train station 15 min walk away and fast access onto A27 and A 23 within 5 mins. There is a dog who has access to the garden so you would need to be okay with dogs. We are only accepting tenants in Full time employed only and may ask for evidence of this.
