Hi there I am renting a part of my house converted to a self contained studio flat with a separate kitchen. It is a part of my semi-detached house with a brand new patio. I am looking for one male/female tenant or may be a couple without kids because the space is limited. The flat is totally self-contained so you will live separately from my household. The flat recently has been renovated to a good standard property which has a new kitchen and a new shower room with a toilet. All utilities bills and the Internet are included in the price. The house is located close to Raynes Park Station (12 min walk) The price for the flat is £1700 per month including bills. Deposit is £1000. The flat is available from the 21st of July 2025.
