There is a designated kitchen cupboard and fridge freezer space for each sharer and there are two washer and dryers, which is charged at £2 per dry and £1 per wash. The shared living space has cable tv, and a separate dining space with a large table great for socialising with other house mates. The ground floor bathroom has a shower and large separate bath. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. • room details: All our rooms are fully furnished, and include a desk space for working from home. All bedding is in included. All doors are lockable and secure. The driveway is shared with the neighbour, so sharers must be careful to park in a way that does not obstruct the neighbour.
