about the property important: read our safety tips here. never transfer funds before a viewing and keep communication on ideal flatmate. hello! we are scott and elli, two super friendly people looking for a new flatmate! scott has a typical 9-5 job (hybrid), he uses the co-working space downstairs on wfh days so he isn't constantly in haha! elli is a performer and creative, she also has a side job in hospitality where she works predominantly at the weekend. what we are looking for: someone friendly that will easily slot into our home. it would be lovely to feel more than just flatmates, we'd love to watch tv/cook together etc sometimes but don't worry, we also like our own time too! elli is vegan, so a veggie/vegan is preferred but isn't a dealbreaker - scott eats anything! perks of living with us: we are fun and friendly - love meeting new people rent is inclusive of all bills (inc. council tax + service charge) also super happy to give you a breakdown so you know where your money is going (split equally into 3rds) our home decor vibe is happy and whimsical and if you have cute diy ideas we would love to hear them. your room isn't massive - however it comes with an ottoman storage bed and a large wardrobe with shelves, so it's very space efficient! south facing aka sunnn the main bathroom is predominately yours, you can fill it with your stuff and make it your own, we just ask that it's kept tidy enough for guests to use it:) we do a regular food shop and love cooking new recipes, if you want to get in on the asda order, or even take turns cooking (when it suits) then that would be wonderful! elli is a wonderful singer so prepare to be serenaded (she's also socially aware and won't be belting sabrina carpenter at 12am) we are open to long term flatmates (1 year+) perks of the building: 24 hour concierge parcel store co-working space - doubles as a social space with pool and ping pong table residents lounge rooftop terrace the area: there is so much to do in the area, but it is also so gorgeous and calm. cinema, coffee places, restaurants, cinema, gym, co-op, sainsburys local, lowry theatre, tram stop all within a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
