Sublet for 2-4 months starting from June 1st. Bright studio flat set in gated large grounds with swimming pool and roof terrace. All bills included. 20 mins walk to Brixton tube. Lots of travel links on Brixton Hill. 10 mins to Brockwell Park. Great cafés, shops, pubs and restaurants close by. Some of my personal belonging are stored in the flat - there are drawers, lots of hanging space and a cupboard and shelves for you to use but this is not ideal for someone with lots of things.
