House Rooms in a shared accommodation We have a single room available in a nice terraced house in Lincoln. It is located on Eastbourne street off Monks Road and is roughly 10 minutes walk from town and 15 minutes from the university main campus. The street is very quiet considering its location and there are shops just a few minutes walk away, along with the arboretum park. The bedroom is medium sized and looks out across the back of the property. There is no road at the back of the house so no disturbance from traffic / people etc. All bills (council tax, TV license, broadband, gas, electricity, water) are included in the monthly price of £327 so there are no additional costs. A deposit of this amount is required at the start of the tenancy. There will be 3 people staying in the house from September 2013. Two males and one female.
