The building is next to Aldi and close to all the shops and conveniences of the Boscombe Sovereign Center-Mall & promenade. It is comprised of multiple self-contained studio flats over 3 floors with pleasant, professional and carefully-vetted tenants. It is kept clean, very safe, secure, well-maintained & closely monitored with CCTV. The ground floor courtyard entrance, (with a utility room for coin-metered washing & dryer machine facilities) is exclusively accessible to the key-holding tenants of the building only.
