We use this lovely flat to work from during the day, so the flat is JUST YOURS from when you get home after work until you leave in the morning. No need to share the kitchen or the bathroom, you can relax in privacy and feel at home. We are looking for someone (a non-smoker) who would like to have a place of their own during the week and who would treat it with the love and respect that we do. It is a light, bright, split level flat, with a lovely double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. (The lounge is not available for use as it is our work space). It is very central Crouch End, so seconds from great pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas etc. Nevertheless it's very quiet, and a little oasis of calm. We are open to a relatively flexible arrangement, . we are willing to negotiate if you would like the flat for more nights, for example, on Friday nights or over the weekend. Our requirement is that the flat is vacant from 8.00 am until 6.00 pm on Mondays, and 8.30 am until 3.00 pm Tuesday - Thursday. This arrangement is perfect for someone that works out and about during these times.
