Hi All, I am moving out out my studio flat opposite Finsbury Park station after 2 years and would like to offer it to someone to make it their home. The cost is exclusive of all bills, which themselves come to around £150 - £250 per month (Electircity, Water, Council Tax and innternet) depending on your usage/needs. The flat is literally opposite Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Picadilly, Overground, ThamesLink lines) making it ideal for someone commuting into the city. I am moving out on the 11th, the flat will then be renovated for around a week, making it available from the 18th.
