A beautiful light and large double room available with use of a bathroom situated at the top a spacious 5-bedroom Victorian house. It is quiet, private with plenty of storage The shower room is next to the bedroom and is primarily for your use. There are 2 further bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. In addition, the room has a table, if working from home is required and excellent Wifi connection. There is a large basement living room available for your use, as there is a ground floor sitting room for our use. The kitchen looks out onto the garden, which you are welcome to use, and there is a fridge available for your sole use and storage space. A bicycle may be stored safely in rear garden by arrangement. Weekly cleaner Linen can be provided All bills included I live with two of my grown-up children (in their early twenties) and a little black cat. We are a strictly non-smoking household.
