You can find many shops, pubs, cinema within walking distance. Rent £1475 per month ( bills are not included) plus 5 weeks deposit which will be registered with DPS. I am looking for a single professional or a couple for long term rent, minimum 6 months prefer 1 year+. References and ID are required.
