Each property is decorated to a modern homely standard and offer shared communal and kitchen area. The rooms vary between £80 - £95 per week depending on room size and en-suite facilities. Rent is fully inclusive of all bills - gas, electric, water, communal TV licence and WiFi. All properties available are within a two-minute walk to the Blackpool & Fylde College and ten minutes’ walk to Blackpool Town Centre. We offer a 24 hour emergency call out service 7 days a week so for parents this give peace of mind that in the event of any issues DY Property Services are on hand to assist. The courses run from September to June and the rent is calculated over the number of weeks and divided into three termly payments. These are paid within the first two weeks of each new term, coinciding with the student loan payments. If students require to stay for the summer period (June – September) then this facility is offered at a reduced rental rate.
