1 room studio flat of 26m² in London

This is for a non-traditional arrangement with someone that needs to be in London only some days a week/at irregular times. I live in this studio, but I work remotely and am often not here. Suitable if you: 1) work one week in London/other at home 2) work/study in London a few days a week (Or similar.) Nice studio in Highgate with a lot of light and close to Highgate and Archway underground. Bills, washing machine, bathtub, WiFi included. Price/details would be reached per discussion. Studio is NOT for rent for longer periods (6 months-year)
