I am subletting my cosy studio flat in Leyton from but am pretty flexible with dates. £1000 all bills included :) It comes fully furnished with a double size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and all basic kitchen appliances. Nice be spacious bathroom with shower. Close to the tube station (central line) and takes about 20 minutes to get into zone 1.
