Short-let Studio flat available 7 minutes walking from Finsbury park and Crouch hill station 1 minute walking from Stroud green Road, where you can find restaurants, shops and all the amenities. The flat is small ( around 12 mt²) but it has all the necessary things: kitchen, oven, microwave, heater, wardrobe , etc . Ideal for a person who doesn't like to share amd stay on his own in a nice area. It has also is own bathroom which is quite big with a washing machine in it. You will only share the washing machine with a lady, but the bathroom is all yours. No deposit needed, no council tax. Only bill you have is electricity ( around 30 pounds p/m with the key) and gas around the same. I am leaving for a while, probably till end of September but eventually i can rent it all the year depending on personal circumstances. Males preferred, no couples. I can reconsider the price and drop it to 800 if paid in advance for the whole stay.
