1 room studio flat of 33m² in Nottingham

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in May. The tenancy ends in July, however you can extend this for longer. It’s a lovely spacious studio flat, that I would to have loved to of stayed longer but due to unforeseen circumstances - I cannot. Bills are all included in the price.
