It is located just a few minutes’ walk from Battersea Power Station. The tenancy runs until 4 September 2026. The area is super convenient — Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Oseyo, and M&S are all nearby, perfect for daily shopping. Transport: There’s a bus stop right downstairs, and two Underground lines within walking distance, making it very easy to get around London. Building facilities: The building has 24-hour reception and security, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. You’ll also have access to great shared spaces — laundry room, gym, cinema room, and pool table. Room details: The room is bright with a wide, open view and plenty of sunlight. It’s well-equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and induction hob. The soundproofing is excellent, so it’s quiet and comfortable for studying and relaxing.
