1 room studio flat of 33 m² in London

Hi there! I’m temporarily renting out my studio in West Hampstead. I’m a bit flexible with dates, but ideally looking for someone between July 25th and September 10th. The rent is £250 per week (£1000 per month), ALL BILLS INCLUDED — that covers electricity, water, council tax, and internet. The bathroom is shared, but there are two bathrooms in the building used by just three people, and is always free. A cleaner (hired by the agency) comes every two weeks to clean the common areas. The studio has its own private kitchen with an oven, four hobs, toaster, blender, and kettle. The street is very quiet and you’re just a 5-minute walk from West End Lane, where you’ll find absolutely everything: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Amazon Fresh, Waitrose, M&S, plus tons of cafés, restaurants, pubs, bookshops, and even an organic market on Saturdays. Great transport links — Jubilee Line, with easy transfer to the Metropolitan Line at Finchley Road. Also Thameslink services, just one stop from King’s Cross. If you’re interested, please tell me a bit about yourself and why you’re looking for a short-term place. I’m looking for a quiet, responsible person who will take good care of the space, you’ll have full use of all furniture, kitchenware, appliances, etc. It’s a very peaceful building, so someone considerate is a must.
