1 room studio flat of 50m² in London

Hi, I am subletting my little cute studio on Finchley Road while traveling. I’ll be away from 10 February until 4 March and ideally I want to sublet to someone who will cover at least £1K but open to negotiate. The dates are not flexible since I will be back on 4 March. Will share pictures with people who have a serious interest in renting for 2 or 3 weeks.
