Fully furnished studio on the second floor at Hepworth Lodge, available for student sublet. Private bathroom and kitchen. Quiet, comfortable, and ideal for study. All bills included – water, electricity, heating, and WiFi. 10-minute walk to the University of Leeds, close to shops and public transport. Rental period: 23rd June – 6th September Move-in date is flexible (can be earlier). The end date is fixed, but if you wish to stay longer, you may be able to renew the contract directly with the accommodation — please note that any extension would be at the official rate with no discount. I’m currently looking for someone to take the room for the entire period, as I might be out of the UK and may not be able to assist if anything comes up during a short-term stay. The room is offered at a discounted rate, and I’ll transfer the full difference from the original price to you once the contract is signed.
