1 room studio flat of 27m² in Sheffield

I am looking for someone to take over my Studio tenancy for May 2026 until July 2026. There will be options to extend your tenancy from July onwards if needed. The Studio is located on Ecclesall Road. With a double bed, lots of storage options, desk and chair, en-suite bathroom, fridge, freezer, convention/microwave oven, dining table and chairs. Rent is £196 per week. However if you extend your tenancy from July onwards there is a summer stay discount, taking it down to £135 per week (July-September).
