I’m letting my studio in a student accommodation in Notting Hill from 6 Aug to 7 September (flexible)! 🛏️ The Studio - Private, fully furnished studio - Includes your own small garden – perfect for summer chilling! - Quiet, clean, and secure Located in a student accommodation with friendly staff and a spacious common room Standard rate for this premium studio is £350/week, but I’m offering it at £300/week. I’m just including it here in case it's part of their standard process for new contracts. Instead, you could be registered as a guest to stay in the studio. The accommodation allows 5 free nights per month, and after that, it’s just £10 per extra night, charged through the official guest policy. This arrangement is fully within the building’s rules. I’d register you properly, and you’d have full access to the studio while I’m away travelling. I’d also remain the official tenant and handle all communication with the accommodation if needed.
