1 room studio flat of 45m² in Northampton

This is my beautifully cosy studio flat in the heart of Northamptons cultural quarter. I have lived here for the last few years but I also travel a lot so I have also listed it on Airbnb when I’ve been away. Due to its unique decor and its proximity to the theatre it has hosted lots of minor celebrities. This year I am away for 6 months and would prefer someone to rent it for those 6 months rather than put it on Airbnb again. All the bills are included. Electricity, water, WiFi, service charge, ground rent, council tax, TV licence etc all included! It is fully furnished and even bedding, towels, plates, bowls etc will all be included. It features a king size bed, a 60 inch 4k smart TV, a washing machine/dryer, a very well stocked kitchen with a big breakfast bar, a gorgeous fireplace and lots of warm lighting. Parking - there is no parking space but there is a car park 1 minute walk away. It costs £2.35 to park from 5pm to 10am the next day and £2 for the whole day on weekends . There is also an estate where you can park for free 15 minutes walk away. To put it bluntly this area of the town centre is the only nice area. With St Giles street just seconds away there are lots of cute little shops and cafes and also a great friendly local pub across the road. Walking proximity to: Town centre - 0 minutes Theatre - 1 minute Northampton General Hospital - 5 minutes Train station - 10 minutes Bus station - 10 minutes St Andrews Hospital - 15 minutes Driving proximity to: Brackmills - 5 minutes The M1 - 10 minutes Silverstone race circuit - 20 minutes Milton Keynes - 25 minutes Birmingham - 1 hour London - 1 hour This flat would suit a variety of different people so if you’re interested please get in touch and tell me a bit about yourself.
