Looking for a student tenant to take-over a 14m2 bronze studio in Chapter Spitalfieds from now until 11 July 2025. The final price depends on the duration of the lease. If you want to extend your stay until 29 August, this is possible, but you will have to pay the rate which is charged by Chapter. Please tell me and I can check for you. As a current leaseholder we have priority with regard to availability. Contract: official lease through Chapter. I am subletting at a much lower rate than their normal rate. The studio has a private kichinette and bathroom with a shower, toilet, study place, small double bed, desk, wardrobe, under-bed storage, fridge/freezer & bright windows. It is possible for a second person to share the room, but this will be for an extra cost to be defined by Chapter. The studio is located on the 21st floor with a fantastic view over the city (The side of the Gherkin).
