Built in floor heating (included in rent) is a great luxury for the winter :) YOU- I am seeking someone who is responsible, clean, peaceful, and will treat this like a sanctuary. The floors are white concrete and dirty easily, and some of my personal items (with space made for yours ofcourse) will be here so I really need someone to take care of and honor the space. RENT and BILLS- The legal rent is 1300, deposit is 1500. Deposit returned at the end. Deposit is not to be used for 'last months rent'. BILLS- Electric meter is down the hall. I pay about 50 p a month for electricity, and I'm home often. 30 for wifi or you can use the hotspot on your phone with an unlimited plan. AREA- We are above and around many cafes, bars, restaurants, and 4 minutes walking to Hackney Wick station (no noise from the trains though, thankfully). It's quite peaceful and convenient here. AMENITIES- Studio comes with full furnish; bed, self kitchen with little electric pad for cooking, portable 'over', microwave, clothing rack, bathroom. fridge, washing machine. THERE IS NO DESK.
