Looking for a full-time student to take over my studio at Kaplan Living Bournemouth. I have really enjoyed living here. The location is great, the people are friendly, and it has been a lovely place to stay. I have recently moved into my girlfriend’s place, so I no longer need the accommodation and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The studio is a private 20m² studio with your own bathroom and kitchen area, giving you your own space while still being part of a student community. The rent would be £159 per week, which is lower than the usual price, and all bills are included. Please note that this is available for full-time students only, and the tenancy transfer would still be subject to Kaplan Living approval.
