A light, peaceful double room with its own private shower room, set in a quiet garden space just a short walk from Bromley South or Bickley. On street parking available. It’s ideal for a hybrid worker, NHS staff member, or anyone needing a comfortable and reliable base during the week. The room offers a good level of privacy while still being part of my home. You’ll have shared use of my kitchen, which is just across the garden (around four metres door to door). The space is warm, friendly and calm — a gentle place to unwind after work. This is a weekday lodging (Monday–Friday or other part‑week patterns considered). It’s for one person only, and as the room is intended for resting rather than working, working from home isn’t possible. If you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming place to stay during the week, The Garden Retreat could be a lovely fit Council tax and bills included. Bickley and Bromley South stations are nearby and go to Victoria and Blackfriars or South to Sevenoaks or Orpington. Just off Bromley Common, the house backs onto a recreation ground. There are shops nearby including a co-op, a cafe and a pizzeria.
