This is a 1 bedroom bronze studio flat for students. Entirely private, with a bathroom and kitchenette, desk, and a wall-mounted TV. All bills and essentials are included: water, gas, electric, WiFi, contents insurance, etc. The entrance is secured, and there is a lounge area with on-site laundry amenities. This room is within close proximity of the city centre, and several NTU campuses, as well as bus routes. Looking to transfer tenancy before August as I can no longer afford this accommodation.
