1 room of 71m² in Liverpool

STUDENTS ONLY - Rooms from £730 per person per month - Available from am giving away my Student Roost - The Railyard accommodation. I am no longer in use of this room as I had other situations come up to stop me from going to university. This room has not been used and has not been entered since it was bought by me. The room should have other flatmates (a minimum of 3 other) and a mix of genders. The flat specifics were not given to me as I have not entered the compound to confirm my place. In additions, all bills are paid with the rent. The pricing for the accommodation is around 153 a week for 44 weeks ending in June (from when I rented it). More detail can be found about the room if you connect to the staff at student roost through me so just ask.
