We're looking for ideally a post-grad student needing a temporary place to stay from mid-Sept to end of November. Start and end dates negotiable. This is a beautifully furnished, bright 1BR flat in a clean, safe traditional sandstone tenement with recently high ceilings, large windows and recently-renovated kitchen and bathroom. The flat would suit a single person or a couple. In a quiet street, just off buzzing Leith walk, close to a plethora of trendy bars, cafes, restaurants. Shared back garden. This would be a fantastic place to stay during a research trip, or while seeking more permanent accommodation. Price includes council tax. Bills are separate and would be calculated on departure from arrival and departure meter readings. Gas hot water and electric heating. This is our home, so looking for mature students who would treat the place with love.
