1 room flat of 66 m² in London

I am looking to rent out my flat (I own) for a short-let rental while I go away. I am flexible in terms of exact dates and how long it’s rented out for, but at some point between 12th July - 14th September I was hoping to rent it out for around 3/4 weeks, but can be flexible for more or less time. The cost based on a full month would be: Total: £2000 including all bills. I would take a small deposit just for security. The flat: *it’s located between clapham junction and wandsworth town, nearer clapham Junction *good sized one bedroom flat. * 7min walk to Clapham Junction Station *parking can be arranged *fully furnished and equipped with kitchen things, tv etc. *includes - washing machine / dishwasher / tumble dryer / air fryer / coffee machine etc. * would consider dogs.
