1 room flat of 54m² in London

Hello. We have a family emergency and need to move back home and are breaking out of our fixed contract early. We are partially moved out but need to find replacement tenants ASAP so we can stop paying rent for an apartment we are not currently in. It is a one bedroom, spacious apartment on the ground floor with access to a private garden and is in a great area and a five minute walk from parsons green station. Apologies for the lack of photos. It wasn’t on the market when we moved in so don’t have any ad photos but I do promise it’s legit. I’ve attached a floor plan which we did have as well as a walk through video before we moved in. Landlord will have final tenant approval and will need successful referencing.
