Buses go to the centre from around the corner (seconds from the front door) or from Redbridge P&R (10-15 walk away) or you can cycle or drive to the centre in 15-20 min, or even walk (walking would take slightly less than an hour). The house is currently unfurnished, although I have left in a bed for whoever moves in. All the white goods are there, of course (washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven). A small well-behaved and insured pet is welcome, as long as its own welfare needs are met, kept in a 1-bedroom.
