I am going away for the summer and letting my 1 bedroom apartment, starting the 10th of June. It is fully furnished and equipped. It comprises of spacious bedroom with a balcony, living/kitchen space, bathroom and a hallway. There is also a working space set up with a desk if you need to work from home (or it can be dismantled and put away to create more space otherwise). It is light, cozy and spacious flat. Located in a quiet green area in Henbury, 5min walk from beautiful Blaise Castle estate park. It takes around 15min on the bus to Whiteladies road and 30min to the city centre (harbourside) depending on the time of the day. If you drive, it's super convenient for motorway access. Parking is free everywhere around on the street. Could be ideal for the first few months for someone relocating to Bristol. It is also big enough for a couple (36sq m). It is £1000 per month all bills included, and there is a security deposit of £1000. Deposit and first month's rent is payable in advance, then rent is payable a month in advance for the other two months. Security deposit is returned in the end of the tenancy (providing there is no damage). There is also a chance it could remain available long term after September, but this has not yet been confirmed.
