Being inside zone 1 it’s so easy to get to and out with the train station, tube and bus interchange at your doorstep. It’s on the 5th floor so you get some great views east towards Canary Warf. The flat has a balcony and inside had a good-sized living/dining area with massive windows. The Flat has shower room, kitchen and bedroom and although it’s compact it’s got tons of built in storage and nice high ceilings. As well as the flat there is a 24 hour concierge for all your amazon deliveries and security as well as a Swimming pool, Steam room, Gym, Bike storage and private parking (all included in the rent) (there is a one off registration fee that the block charges for the use of these facilities) The building is grade 2 listed and designed by the brutalist renowned architect Ernő Goldfinger.
