We are looking for a quiet single professional tenant who can move in as close as possible to the date. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, computer desk and a chair. Suitable for single occupancy only. Price- £675 including council tax, water bills, broadband and a by-weekly (every other week) cleaner for communal areas included in the rental amount. Deposit- £675- will be secured in My Deposits, deposit scheme. Please note that there is no living room in the apartment. but there is a spacious kitchen to have your meals and socialize.
