Suitable for single occupancy only. Price- £900 includng council tax and water and a by-weekly (every other week) cleaner for communal areas included in the price Deposit- £900- will be secured in DPS deposit scheme Electricity and gas bills are sent monthly - approx £40 a month per room. Please note that there is no living room in the apartment. There is also free parking outside the block of flats if you have a car.
