Hi All, we're looking for either a single person, a couple, or a small family (couple with a baby) to sublet our 1 bedroom flat inside a gated estate in Islington. £1600 (includes rent, gas, water, council tax, and high-speed internet), you only top up the electricity when it runs out (typically around £40-50/month for our small family). We're situated just 1 minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station and various shops (Tesco/Sainsburys/Nisa, Costa/Starbucks, etc). Excellent bus connections (17, 91, 153, 259, 274), Yoga class, parks and three gyms nearby as well as Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station and Highbury Station not to far away.
