1 room flat of 50m² in London

I am looking for new tenants for my one bedroom flat which is situated between West Kensington, Baron’s Court and West Brompton underground stations (approximately a 10 minute walk to each station). The flat is situated on the first (top) floor of a converted Victorian house and is c500 sq ft. The flat will be furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table, 4x dining chairs, kingsize bed, 2x bedside tables and a chest of drawers. It also has two built in wardrobes in the bedroom. I’m hoping to find a professional tenant/couple who will love living at the flat as much as I did! References including proof of employment will be required. Bills are not included and the preferred tenancy length is 12 months. Flat is available from end of October/start of November.
