I'm looking at renting out my lovely flat in central London while I'm away traveling. It's a 1 bed (bedroom & living room) approx. 55 m², available from October 11 to October 31, 2025. There's a possibility to extend the rental until the end of November, or perhaps end of December 2025. I'm flexible with the dates. It is not a flat share. The flat is located in the City of London, one of the safest and best-located areas in London. Just a 5 minute walk to Liverpool Street Station, and 3 minute to Aldgate Station, so easy access to all tube lines. The flat is on the 18th floor within a very safe building. From the kitchen, you have a panoramic view of the city skyline, and there's a south-facing balcony - perfect for morning coffee. The rent is £1,000 per month, including all bills, which is a superb price for the location and size. I just want a reliable tenant that will take good care of the place. Please
