1 room flat of 61 m² in London

I am buying my own property and need someone to take over my lease from early to mid June 2025 for the remainder of the lease, which renews on 28 March 2026. 3rd floor flat (top floor) with lift. It’s a great 1 bed flat, 3 mins walk from Brixton underground station. The landlord owns the whole building and therefore has a dedicated maintenance team if needed. Most of the furniture is available to buy from me at a good rate as it won’t fit in my new place. Let me know if you have any questions.
