1 room flat of 46m² in London

I’m going to be away a lot over the next couple of months with work, so I’m renting out my fully furnished 1-bedroom flat in Hackney Wick from February 1st 2026 for 3 to 4 months. Some of my personal belongings will stay in the flat but will be stored away in a cupboard. Ideally looking for a respectful professional couple to stay – this is my home, so I’d like someone who’ll treat it with care. Not suitable for parties. £2000 a month including bills open to Negotiations on the price PCM the is a bike store and a gym you can use please let me know if interested
