1 bedroom flat Must be working No dogs allowed First month rent to be paid upfront I do occasionally stay there but not very often but I'll stay in room when i do it's normally only 1 night every month Process is very easy no paperwork to sign no credit checks I'm basically renting to help with my bills ect I won't allow party's ect in the flat Thanks
