I am away a lot for 1-2 years, so decided to make my flat available again. It is a bright and practical space for a couple or single person. Sunny, pleasant living room, with a semi-separated kitchen, good size bedroom and bathroom, multiple cupboards, and a small balcony overlooking the shared garden. Note: Storage space is a bit limited, but enough for a few suitcases. The flat is on the 1st floor, with 1 flight of stairs. Building: small block of 6 flats on a quiet and very green housing estate. Shops: Sainsbury and convenience shop 5min walk. Transport: 15min walk to Brixton, Tulse Hill, or Streatham Hill, multiple buses 3mins walk away. Quiet cul-de-sac, with free parking. Free secure cycle storage on street. I require a tidy, clean, respectful, quiet person/people as tenants. Happy to consider any arrangements (Mon-Fri only, weekends only, part of the werk, part-furnished, pets etc) and offer in the price. Bills (not included in the rent): Gas/electricity, Council tax, water, wifi approx £/month. (Service Charges are included in the rent) Note: I would consider a drop in rent price as an occasional live-in landlord, or partial occupancy.
